Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads, conducting market research to understand trends in online education, and supporting outreach to prospective students, partners, and institutions. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations that clearly communicate LearningShala’s offerings, follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments or partnerships, and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with counseling and marketing teams, contributing to business growth strategies, and sharing feedback from the market to improve services and student engagement.
Qualifications & Eligibility

- Candidates must have successfully completed their post-graduation.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, and conversion skills.
- Good understanding of market research and customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, counselling, or the EdTech industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong time management skills.
- Must be willing to work on-site from the Noida office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
