- Supervise production operations to ensure timely achievement of production targets
- Plan and delegate work schedules to operators for smooth shop floor functioning
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance production and productivity
- Develop and maintain Process Control Plans, SOPs, manuals, and work instructions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen activities
- Perform downtime analysis and implement corrective measures
- Address in-house quality issues and ensure corrective/preventive actions
- Provide on-the-job training to operators for skill enhancement and multi-skilling
- Handle manpower planning, capacity planning, and line balancing
- Analyze rejection, rework, and productivity trends and take corrective actions
- Improve material handling through design of trolleys, bins, and storage systems
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
