Graphics + Editor (Short-Form Video + Additional Support)
Reports to: Account Lead / Creative Lead
Experience: 2-3 years (Mid-level)

Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, CapCut
Role Summary
Hybrid creative role producing both static graphics, shorts from main full-length podcast short-form video, and short clips across networks. Primary focus on Digital Commentary clips (episode highlights, promos, reactive edits) with additional design support across posts, stories, and reels for all three channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Cut and edit DC clips episode highlights, character moments, BTS, promos, recap reels (15s–60s)
· Design high quality YouTube thumbnails, and Stories.
· Design static and motion creatives for Instagram, Facebook
· Turnaround reactive edits and moment-marketing assets within hours.
Must-Have Skills
· 2-3 years in video editing + graphic design (hybrid creative)
· Strong portfolio of short-form video work — Reels, Shorts, promos
· Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
· Sharp sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling in short form
· Comfortable working at speed without compromising quality
· Understanding of platform specs and what drives watch time / saves / shares
Nice-to-Have
· Experience editing entertainment / GEC / OTT content
· Working knowledge of Figma, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve
· Basic motion graphics
KPIs
· Output volume, turnaround time, video performance metrics (watch time, retention, shares), creative approval rate
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
