Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Handle customer queries regarding project status, payments, documentation, and possession timelines.
- Coordinate customer visits, site inspections, and possession appointments.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the home-buying journey.

- Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups
