Hiring: Senior Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript | NestJS | React)

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale a next-generation healthcare platform. If you're passionate about high-quality engineering, security, scalable systems, and solving real-world challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Build end-to-end features across backend, frontend, APIs, and databases.
- Design scalable PostgreSQL schemas with Prisma.
- Develop secure, compliant systems with JWT, RBAC, multi-tenancy, and audit logging.
- Integrate healthcare systems (HL7, billing, fax, speech-to-text) using resilient async workflows.
- Lead legacy data migrations and write production-ready documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, NestJS (or Node.js), React.
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, Prisma, distributed systems, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with BullMQ, Docker, AWS, security best practices, and data migrations.
- Knowledge of HIPAA/PIPEDA/PHIPA, healthcare interoperability, or regulated environments is a strong plus.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on building reliable, secure software.
