Job Summary
AISP Project Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team for Building, Hospitality & Mall Projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in execution, coordination, testing & commissioning of MEP services in commercial, hospitality, and high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
Review MEP drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
Resolve technical and coordination issues during project execution.
Supervise testing & commissioning of MEP systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
4–10 years of experience in Building, Hospitality, Mall, Commercial, High-Rise, or Infrastructure Construction Projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
Good understanding of MEP drawings, AutoCAD, BOQs, and project documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
