About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and converting leads into loyal customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is motivated by achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and leads.
- Create and manage a prospective client pipeline, including leads generated independently or provided by the company/management, and ensure effective conversion into customers.
- Generate leads via networking, LinkedIn, social media, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients to showcase company services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and onboarding documentation tailored to client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and customer interactions in the CRM/database.
- Build partnerships and referral networks to expand business reach and credibility.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, client servicing, or agency sales (preferred).
- Core Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable with sales outreach, client handling, and pipeline management.
- Proven ability to convert leads into customers and achieve revenue targets.
- Work Style:
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented.
- Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Organized in maintaining records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM tools or databases.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
