Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Marketing Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through digital and offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of marketing tools, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and digital marketing.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead conversion.
- Manage social media marketing activities and online promotions.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Develop marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and email templates.
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture relationships.
- Meet monthly lead generation and marketing targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or Mailchimp.
- Understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes.
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills are an added advantage.
