Eligibility:
- Graduates (BBA, B.Com, M.Com, BCA, MCA, MBA, BA)
Preferred Experience:
- Background in BPO / KPO / Sales / Telecalling / Reception roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to understand requirements
- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Handle queries and provide appropriate solutions
Key Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a night shift environment
