Job Description:
LIET College is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Technical Trainer to train and mentor students in industry-relevant technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on programming languages, databases, web technologies, and other emerging technologies.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions, workshops, and coding exercises.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students for technical interviews, coding challenges, and placement preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical training or software development.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Java, Python, C++, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or related tools.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
Pay: ₹39,951.06 - ₹95,258.44 per month
