About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Associate to support the finance function by managing billing, receivables, payables, reconciliations, tax coordination and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate invoices and provide billing support.
- Track and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ERP reconciliation.
- Coordinate GST and TDS activities with the Chartered Accountant.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Support internal audits and statutory compliance requirements.
- Identify discrepancies and ensure prompt resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com or MBA (Finance).
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience in invoice processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Candidates must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
- COUNTIF
- SUMIF
- Pivot Tables
- Filters
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Report Generation
- Data Analysis and Reconciliation
