Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our modular furniture and kitchen business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling walk-in customers, understanding client requirements, presenting design and product solutions, and closing sales while delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and explain modular kitchen & furniture solutions.
- Understand customer requirements, space, budget, and preferences.
- Generate leads through calls, references, architects, builders, and social media inquiries.
- Coordinate with design and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales proposals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Keep updated with latest modular kitchen trends, materials, finishes, and hardware.
- Maintain CRM and customer database records.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Good presentation and customer handling skills.
- Ability to build trust with premium customers.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).
- Knowledge of design software like SketchUp/AutoCAD is a plus.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any field preferred.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, kitchens, home décor, or real estate sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
Pay: ₹8,190.89 - ₹33,308.49 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
