Modi Enterprise is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our growing service team as a Service Engineer for SonoScape Ultrasound Systems.
Job Location
- Base Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
- Service Area: Saurashtra & Kutch
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (B.E./B.Tech, Diploma, B.Sc., BCA, B.Com., BBA, or any other graduate)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in medical equipment, biomedical engineering, electronics, or technical field service will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of SonoScape ultrasound systems.
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Providing application and basic operational guidance to customers.
- Maintaining service reports and documentation.
- Coordinating with the technical support team for advanced troubleshooting.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Desired Skills
- Good technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Saurashtra & Kutch.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of computers and networking is an added advantage.
