We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site activities. The ideal candidate should be able to manage workers, ensure work quality, maintain safety standards, and complete projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Manage and coordinate labor, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Maintain daily site reports and attendance records.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site management.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting is an advantage.
