Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
- Prescribe spectacles, lenses, and optical solutions based on patient needs
- Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products
- Achieve and exceed optical sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and educate patients on lens options and eye care
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions
- Coordinate with ophthalmologists for referrals and follow-ups
- Ensure proper display and stock management of optical products
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term patient relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Optometry
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in optical sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling skills
- Knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical instruments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
