We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads.
This role is ideal for someone who understands numbers, not just creatives, and can manage campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create and optimize lead generation campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics like CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI
- Generate clear performance reports and insights
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and pixel setup
- Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns effectively
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience working with service-based or lead-gen businesses is a plus
