ServiceNow ITAM-HAM/SAM Developer
JD:develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow ITAM HRSD sAMproHampro module Demand Project Portfolio Resource and Financial Management
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using scripting JavaScript Glide APIs
Develop workflows Flow Designer solutions business rules client scripts and UI policies
Implement integrations using RESTSOAP APIs and Scripted REST APIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Perform data modeling CMDB alignment and reportingdashboard creation
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues ensuring optimal system performance
Follow best practices for development testing and deployment within ServiceNow
Support upgrades enhancements and ongoing maintenance activities
