### Job Summary
We are looking for a *confident, patient-friendly and experienced Telecaller / Patient Counselling Executive* to handle patient enquiries, lead follow-ups and appointment coordination.
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound & outbound patient calls.
* Explain IVF/fertility services and consultations professionally.
* Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
* Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
* Maintain lead and patient records.
* Build positive relationships with patients.
* Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff when required.
### Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in *Telecalling / Patient Counselling / Healthcare* preferred.
* IVF/Fertility experience will be an advantage.
* Excellent *Hindi & English communication skills*.
* Good counselling, convincing and follow-up skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Confident, polite and empathetic personality.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
