Senior SEO Executive (In-house)

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to manage and grow the organic presence of our in-house IT services website. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO expertise and hands-on experience executing SEO strategies for international markets, particularly the US and UK.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Delhi/NCR-based candidates only
- Prior experience in the IT Services industry is mandatory
- Proven experience managing SEO for US and UK markets — improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation
- Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO — website architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, redirects, internal linking
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Keyword Planner, Looker Studio, and other industry-standard SEO tools
- Working knowledge of Google AI Overviews, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization
- Mandatory experience in unpaid guest posting, manual outreach, digital PR, and ethical high-authority link-building
- Ability to perform detailed SEO audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, content optimization, and technical recommendations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Must stay updated with Google algorithm updates, search trends, and evolving SEO best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and qualified lead generation
- Perform regular technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation
- Optimize website content and landing pages based on keyword research and search intent
- Build high-quality backlinks through unpaid guest posting, outreach, and digital PR
- Monitor performance, prepare SEO reports, and recommend continuous improvements
- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices
