- Welcome customers and ensure a professional service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.
- Handle customer enquiries, service appointments, and follow-up calls.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Inform customers about service status, estimated completion time, and any additional work required.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to collect customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints promptly and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Ensure all service-related documentation is complete and properly maintained.
- Promote value-added services (VAS), annual maintenance packages, and genuine accessories as per company guidelines.
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by providing excellent customer support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to customer feedback and service follow-ups.
- Coordinate with insurance and warranty teams for customer support whenever required.
- Ensure adherence to Honda service standards and dealership policies.
- Support customer retention initiatives by maintaining regular communication with customers regarding periodic service, campaigns, and reminders.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
