Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify potential customers, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries received through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and other marketing channels.
- Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Explain Ciara Homes' construction packages and services.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Sales Manager.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Track daily lead status and prepare follow-up reports.
- Ensure prompt response to all customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu (any two preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
