Seeking a skilled and performance-driven Meta /Google Ads Expertwith 1-2 years experience to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both platforms, a track record of delivering high ROI, and the ability to make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.Develop and test creative ad strategies (copy, visuals, targeting).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in Google and Meta platforms.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign analytics and Prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel strategies.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Required academic qualification (Any of following):
- Bachelor of technology in Computer Science and Engineering (Btech CSE)
- Bachelor of technology in Information Technology (Btech IT)
- Master of Computer Application (MCA)
- Master of Science in Information Technology ( MSc IT)
- Bachelor of technology in Mechanical Engineering (Btech Mech.)
- Bachelor of technology in Civil Engineering (Btech civil)
- Bachelor of technology in Electronics and Communication (Btech ECE)
- Bachelor of technology in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (Btech AIML)
- Any related studies
