- Achieving Disbursement and collection targets assigned for Gold loan
-Adherence to cost budgets and ensuring branch profitability
-Ensuring high levels of customer experience
-Prompt follow up with customers for regular repayment of Gold loans
-Adhering to laid down processes and guidelines in respect of Gold loan process and Policy
-Strict compliance to code of conduct
-Continuous learning and Certification on various topics assigned in respect of the responsibilities assigned
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
