Experience: 2-4 Years in Hotel/Restaurant F&B Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant and F&B service operations.
- Lead and guide service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest queries or complaints.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments.
- Maintain service quality, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of F&B service standards and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant experience.
