We are looking for a Financial & Accounting Analyst who combines strong accounting fundamentals with sound financial analysis and business understanding.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and business analysis rather than being limited to a single area of finance. You will work closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy, improve visibility into business performance, and support key decision-making through meaningful financial insights.
The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between detailed accounting work, financial reporting, and strategic analysis while taking ownership of outcomes and continuously improving financial processes.

Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and performance summaries.

Analyze Actual vs Budget and Forecast vs Actual performance, highlighting key variances and business drivers.

Monitor profitability, margins, cash flow, operating costs, and overall business performance.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Ensure accuracy of accounting records, reconciliations, and financial reporting data.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Work with QuickBooks Online, Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets to maintain accurate financial information.

Assist with GST, TDS, Income Tax, audit, and other compliance requirements.

Track workforce costs, departmental spending, and profitability metrics.

Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Leadership teams to provide financial insights and decision support.

Build reports, models, and analysis from raw data where required.

Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve reporting, and increase operational efficiency.

4–8 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, FP&A, Management Accounting, or related finance functions.

Experience in service-based businesses, IT Services, or professional services environments preferred.

Exposure to manufacturing organizations, multi-entity businesses, or holding-subsidiary structures would be advantageous.

Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations.

CA, Semi-Qualified CA, CMA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
