We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company’s social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.
The candidate should also have hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, ideation, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant channels.
- Plan, schedule, and manage social media campaigns and posting calendars.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement across platforms.
- Use social media analytics tools to track campaign performance, engagement, and audience insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis and social media audits to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaign launches, promotions, and brand messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1.5-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and social media optimization (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights.
- Proficiency in visual content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative thinking and content writing skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
