Job Location: Remote/WFH
Position Overview : This position is required to make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, share tailored proposals, handle queries, meet/exceeds sales targets, maintain CRM and ensure top guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to leads generated through all platforms
2. Respond to inbound calls
3. Adhere to response time targets (TAT) for calls
4. Share and follow up on tailored proposals
5. Provide accurate information on hotel services, packages, and offers
6. Handle guest queries with a focus on high customer satisfaction
7. Meet/exceed defined sales targets
8. Maintain CRM/MIS to track lead status and details
9. Provide post-sale support for guests
10. Collaborate with departments for seamless customer experience
11. maximising sales revenue
12. Ensure top guest reviews and satisfaction
Who can apply: Male/Female
Educational Qualification : Degree/ Diploma in any Sales & Marketing
Experience In Years: 4 to 5 years
Industry Experience : Hospitality Industry
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
Skills & Personal Attributes:
1. Must have prior experience in hotel/resort sales.
2. Excellent Communication Skills
3. Strong negotiations/ closing skills.
4. Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets
5. Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role in a Hotel Sales role in a 3/4/5 star chain property
