Accounts Executive – Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive to manage accounting, inventory, warehouse coordination and related operational activities at our Gujarat location.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting, billing and finance-related activities
- Strong working knowledge of GST, Tally and Zoho
- Prepare invoices, accounting entries and maintain proper books of accounts
- Handle E-Way Bills and GST-related documentation
- Maintain and monitor stock/inventory records and conduct regular stock reconciliation
- Coordinate and monitor warehouse operations, including inward and outward movement of materials
- Maintain proper documentation for goods received, dispatched and transferred
- Good understanding of Import & Export processes and documentation
- Coordinate with the Head Office at Chandigarh for accounts, stock, imports/exports, documentation and reporting
- Ensure timely sharing of reports and information with HO
- Prepare MIS and other reports as required
- Maintain data and reports using MS Excel and MS Word
- Coordinate effectively with warehouse, logistics, customers, suppliers and HO
- Ensure accuracy, timely reporting and proper documentation of all activities
Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance with exposure to inventory/warehouse operations
- Graduate in Commerce / B.Com preferred
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, Tally, Billing and E-Way Bills
- Knowledge of Zoho accounting software
- Working knowledge of Import & Export transactions and documentation
- Good understanding of stock management and warehouse coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate efficiently with the Chandigarh Head Office
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and responsibility
Salary: Salary will be offered as per experience, skills and suitability of the candidate
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
