Job Role
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations at Open Secret. The primary focus is to ensure production targets are met on time, within budget, and according to strict quality and safety standards. This role requires exceptional skills in manpower handling and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Manpower Handling & Leadership
1. Directly supervise and manage the workforce of production operators and contract labor.
2. Allocate manpower effectively across different lines to maximize productivity and meet daily dispatch schedules.
3. Address on-floor grievances, manage conflict resolution, and maintain a disciplined work environment.
4. Conduct training sessions for team members on machine operations, safety, and hygiene.
5. Coordinate shift rotations and ensure adequate floor coverage at all times
Production Planning & Execution
1. Oversee daily production schedules to ensure 100% fulfillment of orders.
2. Monitor machine performance and manage raw material flow to minimize downtime.
3. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve throughput and efficiency
Quality Control & Compliance
1. Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
2. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and workplace hygiene.
3. Maintain a clean and organized production floor to ensure smooth operations
Reporting & Optimization
1. Maintain accurate production logs, waste reports, and efficiency dashboards using MS Excel.
2.Analyze production data to suggest improvements in yield and operational flow.
3. Collaborate with Maintenance and Quality departments to resolve technical issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience: 3–5 years in production supervision with a strong track record in manpower handling (FMCG/ Food industry preferred).
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field. Technical 3. Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel (dashboards, XLOOKUP, formulas).
4. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage labor relations, and drive performance.
Work Environment
Based on the production floor; requires working in shifts and managing physical manufacturing environments
Work Location - Bhandup, Mumbai.
Must be ready for Rotational Shift

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
