We are looking for highly experienced mortgage underwriting professionals who understand the complete loan origination lifecycle and can independently review complex mortgage files with strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Mortgage Underwriting Specialists with strong expertise in U.S. residential mortgage underwriting, loan origination, income analysis, and mortgage document review. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOC, and Non-QM loans, with deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, compliance, and risk evaluation based on the 4Cs of Credit.
This role is ideal for professionals who have worked with U.S. banks, mortgage lenders, or mortgage process outsourcing companies and can independently analyze borrower profiles, income calculations, assets, liabilities, and supporting mortgage documentation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
