Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and VDA requirements.
- Manage QMS documentation, procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and records.
- Plan and conduct Internal, Process, Product, LPA, and System Audits.
- Coordinate customer, certification, surveillance, and VDA audits.
- Manage NCR, CAPA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and support Quality Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plan.
- Review GD&T, engineering drawings, process capability, and critical dimensions.
- Manage calibration and measuring instrument traceability.
- Monitor quality KPIs such as Customer PPM, rejection, rework, complaints, CAPA, and audit performance.
- Coordinate IMDS/MSDS and change management activities.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly quality MIS and Management Review reports.
- Drive Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, Purchase, and EHS teams to ensure process compliance.
- Conduct quality awareness and QMS-related training for employees.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of QMS and automotive quality standards.
- Good knowledge of Quality Core Tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC, machining, tooling, gauges, and inspection processes.
- Good analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
