About the Role
Digitron India is looking for an experienced and technically skilled L2 Engineer – AMC Operations to join our team in Mundra, Kutch.
The role is responsible for handling AMC operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and service activities related to ELV and security systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control, networking, and IP-based security solutions and should be comfortable working independently at client/project locations.
This is a field-oriented position requiring good technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and effective client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle AMC operations for CCTV, Access Control, and related ELV/security systems.
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of security systems.
- Provide Level 2 technical support for issues escalated by technicians, site teams, or clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, configuration, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP Cameras, NVRs/DVRs, Access Control Systems, Biometric Devices, and related equipment.
- Diagnose networking issues involving LAN/WAN, switches, routers, IP addressing, and network connectivity.
- Conduct scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits and ensure timely completion of AMC activities.
- Attend breakdown/service calls and ensure issues are resolved within the applicable SLA timelines.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with clients, technicians, project teams, and internal departments for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain service reports, PM reports, visit records, technical logs, and AMC documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation of completed work, pending issues, and required materials/spares.
- Travel to client/project locations as required for AMC and technical support activities.
- Ensure professional communication and client satisfaction during service visits.
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have practical hands-on knowledge of:
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- IP Cameras and Analog Cameras
- NVR / DVR Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Biometric Devices
- Networking & IP-based Security Systems
- LAN/WAN fundamentals
- Switches and Routers
- IP Addressing and basic network troubleshooting
- Structured cabling and connectivity
- System configuration and troubleshooting
- Preventive Maintenance and breakdown support
- AMC operations and service management
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of relevant hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV, security systems, or AMC operations.
- Strong practical experience in CCTV and Access Control is mandatory.
- Candidates should have experience in technical troubleshooting and client/site support.
- Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a field/on-site environment.
- Willingness to travel to client/project locations when required.
X - Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Only candidates with relevant hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV, Security Systems, Networking, or AMC Operations will be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Salary will be decided based on relevant experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.

- Experienced in AMC operations and field service

Work Environment
This is an on-site field position based in Mundra, Kutch. The selected candidate will be required to visit client/project locations and independently handle technical service and AMC-related activities.
Candidates should be comfortable working in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure project environments.
