Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Accounts & Economics Faculty member to join our academic team. The Faculty will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch education in Accounts, Economics, and Business Studies to students preparing for the CUET.
Key Responsibilities:
Subject Expertise: Demonstrate expert knowledge in Accounts, Economics, and Business Studies.
Develop comprehensive study materials and resources for these subjects.
Lecture Delivery:Conduct engaging and interactive online classes to teach these subjects effectively.
Utilize multimedia resources and teaching aids to enhance the learning experience.
Student Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their doubts and concerns related to these subjects.
Offer personalized feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Curriculum Development:Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content in Accounts, Economics, and Business Studies.
Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in these subjects.
Assessment and Evaluation:Design quizzes, assignments, and assessments to evaluate students' understanding of these subjects.
Analyze and track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Quality Assurance:Ensure that course materials and lectures meet high educational standards.
Participate in regular quality assurance reviews and contribute to improvements.
Collaboration:Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience.
Work closely with the academic leadership team to align teaching objectives with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching Accounts, Economics, and Business Studies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students excel in these subjects.
- Ability to adapt to online teaching tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of CUET exam syllabus for Commerce is a plus.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- UGC NET qualification in Commerce.
