Position: Assistant Professor
Department: Physiotherapy
Specialization: Pediatric Physiotherapy / Cardio-Respiratory Physiotherapy
Experience: Fresher / Entry-Level
Qualification: MPT in Pediatric Physiotherapy or Cardio-Respiratory Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
Location : Sri Sri Institute of Physiotherapy, Bengaluru .
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate Physiotherapy students.
- Deliver lectures, practical sessions, demonstrations, and clinical teaching under the guidance of senior faculty.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessment records.
- Guide students during clinical postings and practical training sessions.
- Support departmental academic, research, and administrative activities.
- Participate in student mentoring and academic counseling.
- Assist in conducting research projects, case presentations, seminars, and workshops.
- Maintain student attendance, internal assessment records, and academic documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical departments to facilitate effective clinical learning experiences.
- Participate in community outreach programs, health camps, and institutional events.
- Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, and departmental development initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge in Pediatric Physiotherapy and/or Cardio-Respiratory Physiotherapy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and professional development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic research and academic writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or clinical exposure in Pediatric or Cardio-Respiratory Physiotherapy.
- Participation in workshops, conferences, or continuing education programs.
- Interest in research and evidence-based practice.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
