Job Description
Avodha EduTech is looking for a responsible and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our office facility at Carnival Infopark, Kochi. The ideal candidate should ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment while coordinating facility-related services and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise office facilities and infrastructure.
- Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other office systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and office maintenance activities.
- Handle facility-related purchases and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly.
- Support office administration and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in facility management, administration, or office operations is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
