Job Summary
The role combines human resource management with community engagement, ensuring both internal employee well-being and external community development initiatives are effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities Human Resource Management
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
- Develop HR policies aligned with organizational values
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management
- Conduct training, performance evaluations, and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical standards
Community Management
- Plan and execute community outreach programs
- Build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders
- Coordinate CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives
- Assess community needs and design sustainable development programs
- Monitor and evaluate social impact initiatives.
