Job Summary:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for enhancing the hospital’s visibility, building strong relationships with doctors, technicians, and healthcare partners, organizing medical camps, and generating business through strategic outreach and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizing Medical Camps
- Plan, coordinate, and execute health camps (general, specialty, rural, corporate).
- Identify target locations, communities, and organizations for camps.
- Coordinate with internal medical teams for staffing and logistics.
- Ensure proper branding, promotion, and patient engagement at camps.
- Maintain records of camp performance and patient conversion.
2. Doctor & Technician Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, labs, and technicians in the market.
- Regular visits to healthcare professionals for networking and collaboration.
- Address concerns and ensure smooth coordination between hospital and external partners.
- Develop referral networks to increase patient inflow.
3. Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Generate patient leads through field activities, camps, and referrals.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors to the market.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Track and report conversion rates and revenue from outreach activities.
4. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotional events.
- Distribute promotional materials (brochures, pamphlets, etc.).
- Represent the hospital in local events, associations, and meetings.
- Enhance hospital brand image in the local market.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily activity reports (DAR) of visits and meetings.
- Prepare reports on camp outcomes, doctor engagement, and business generated.
- Maintain database of contacts and referral sources.

Qualification:
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare preferred)
- Experience in hospital marketing / PRO role preferrered
Experience:
- 1–5 years in healthcare marketing, PRO, or business development

- Number of camps organized
- Doctor/technician tie-ups
- Patient referrals generated
