About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage our Agrochemical Formulation Manufacturing Plant. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the Pesticide/Agrochemical Industry, with strong expertise in formulation manufacturing, production planning, plant operations, manpower management, quality compliance, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete plant operations for agrochemical formulation manufacturing.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Oversee formulation processes including EC, SC, SL, WP, WG, GR and other pesticide formulations.
- Manage production planning, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
- Monitor and improve plant productivity, efficiency, and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, Stores, and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive process improvements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain production records, audits, SOP implementation, and compliance documentation.
- Lead and develop plant teams to achieve operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory experience in Agrochemical/Pesticide Formulation Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of formulation plant equipment such as Reactors, ACM, SC Mills, Liquid Filling Lines, Blending Systems, and Packaging Machinery.
- Expertise in production management, process optimization, and plant administration.
- Sound understanding of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates must currently be working in the Agrochemical/Pesticide Industry.
- Hands-on experience in pesticide formulation plants is mandatory.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale production operations and plant teams.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, and operational excellence.
