- Prepare therapy areas before sessions.
- Arrange and maintain exercise equipment, therapy aids, weights, bands, walkers, and electrotherapy machines.
- Ensure correct patient positioning and safety during therapy. Assist the physiotherapist during assessment, therapy sessions, and rehabilitation programs.
- Help patients with exercise positioning, gait training, and mobility activities.
- Support patients during pre-operative and post-operative physiotherapy (especially ortho, neuro, and post-surgical cases).
- Monitor patient response during therapy and report any discomfort or abnormal signs to the physiotherapist.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain physiotherapy equipment after each use.
- Check functionality of machines (IFT, TENS, US, traction, CPM).
- Report equipment malfunction immediately.
