Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Noida (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct headhunting and proactively identify high-quality talent for niche and critical roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and update the ATS/recruitment trackers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Mandatory: Prior experience working with a Staffing/Recruitment Firm.
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting.
- Hands-on experience using job portals and LinkedIn for talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
