Precheck and Analysis data backing on TSM, and their connectivity to target infra-BaaS (backup as service). \\\\r\\\\n• Planning\\\\r\\\\na. Participate in migration strategy sessions and help prepare runbook.\\\\r\\\\n• Execution\\\\r\\\\na. Copy and modify DSM.Opt file, trigger the manual backup and test post change to ensure successful onboarding/migration.\\\\r\\\\n• Closure\\\\r\\\\na. Ensure change request are updated appropriately and closed.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Provide day-to-day operation support for the Windows environment that includes Microsoft Operating System Support NT/Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016 among other relevant infrastructure.\\\\r\\\\n• As a L3, would be required to meet the agreed level of service and improve customer experience.\\\\r\\\\n• You are expected to resolve critical issues quickly in circumstances of major outages. Provide On-Call Support as and when required. Further you are expected to help in resolving non-critical issues.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTechnical Skills Required: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating System Support NT/Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016 environments and troubleshooting skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Good Experience in MSCS Cluster (2003/2008/2012/2016) & NLB\\\\r\\\\n• Good experience in HP systems insight manager.\\\\r\\\\n• Good Experience in WSUS/SCCM/Bladelogic – Patching\\\\r\\\\n• Experience in scripting tools like powershell/VBS etc will be an added advantage.\\\\r\\\\n• Good Experience in latest storage and data replication technologies.\\\\r\\\\n• Good Understanding of SCOM/Server Monitoring tools.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience in MS File and Print Servers.\\\\r\\\\n• Expert Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system.\\\\r\\\\n• Good documentation skills to update SOP/KB is a must.\\\\r\\\\n• Good experience in working with SDOD/VDI/Citrix environment.\\\\r\\\\n• Installation and support of Applications in large environment.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience in Backup software client installation and troubleshoot.\\\\r\\\\n• Proficient in TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS technology, VLAN, Port Group\\\\r\\\\n• In-depth knowledge of VMWare Hypervisor 4.0/4.1/5.1/5.5/6 environments and troubleshooting skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong Troubleshooting skill in VMware ESX/ESXi .\\\\r\\\\n• Experience in VMWare Update Manager.\\\\r\\\\n• Good Proficiency in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning\\\\r\\\\n• Experience in Backup software client installation and troubleshoot\\\\r\\\\n• Hardware Experience in HP Chassis (C7000)/HP Rack Servers /Dell/IBM/Cisco UCS\\\\r\\\\n• MCSA 2012/2016, any VCP, ITIL certification will be an added advantage.\\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of cloud environment will be an added advantage.\\\\r\\\\n
