Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven, hardworking, and execution-focused Human Resource Executive who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. This role is ideal for someone who believes in ownership, discipline, accountability, and continuous growth.
The ideal candidate should not only manage HR functions but also actively support administration, operations, workforce planning, strategic growth initiatives, and multi-location expansion plans of the company.
We are seeking someone who is a task finisher, highly dependable, multi-tasking, solution-oriented, and capable of ensuring every critical task assigned by management is executed with precision and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resource Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple departments.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR policies, attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Build strong employee engagement and retention strategies.
2. Administration & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and operational coordination.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation.
- Support process implementation and SOP adherence across departments.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and operational efficiency.
3. Strategic Support & Business Growth
- Assist management in organizational growth planning and workforce scaling.
- Support multi-location expansion activities including office setup, staffing, and coordination.
- Participate in strategic discussions and execution planning.
- Convert management decisions into actionable execution plans.
4. Leadership & Execution Support
- Understand management vision and priorities deeply.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks assigned by leadership.
- Track task progress and drive closure without constant follow-up.
- Work proactively to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Management / Business Administration
- Prior experience in HR, admin, operations, or managerial coordination

- Knowledge of HRMS tools, payroll processes, and documentation preferred
