Tracking daily Q-com shipments and ensuring on-time dispatch.
Overseeing last-mile delivery performance and resolving delivery delays.
Preparing and maintaining billing reports and delivery report.
Keeping records of delivery proofs (Signed Invoices).
Maintaining vendor invoices and check delivery Gatepass.
Communicating with partners for delivery status, fill rate or delays.
Computer Basic Knowledge (MS Office, VLOOKUP & Pivot).
