Lillys Café is looking for enthusiastic and energetic F&B Trainees / Interns who are eager to learn and build a career in the Food & Beverage industry. This role is ideal for freshers or hospitality students who want hands-on experience in café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily café operations including food & beverage service
- Learn preparation and serving of beverages and food items as per Lillys Cafe standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Support counter operations, billing, and customer handling
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow SOPs and instructions from supervisors and managers
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher / Hospitality students / Internship seekers / Housewives
- Interest in Food & Beverage and customer service
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
