Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations (if applicable).
- Quality Control
- Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Review quality inspection reports and ensure products meet specifications.
- Approve or reject products based on quality standards.
- Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, such as those of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (for India).
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Maintain all quality and compliance documentation.
- Supplier Quality Management
- Evaluate and approve suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits and monitor supplier performance.
- Ensure incoming raw materials meet quality standards.
- Process Improvement
- Analyze quality data and identify trends.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and waste.
- Customer Complaint Handling
- Investigate customer complaints.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and train the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.
- Set team objectives and evaluate performance.
- Promote a culture of quality across the organization.
- Testing and Laboratory Management
- Oversee laboratory testing of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and maintained.
- Validate test methods and maintain laboratory records.
- Risk Management
- Identify quality and food safety risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure product traceability and recall readiness.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Sales.
- Support new product development by defining quality requirements.

- Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
