About the Role : Satwik Universe Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious management professional to work directly with the CEO/Directors on business growth, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. This role offers end-to-end exposure to business functions and is designed to develop future business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO/Directors on strategic and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Success teams.
- Analyze business performance through MIS, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
- Assist in implementing business strategies, SOPs, and performance management systems.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business reviews.
- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business insights for management.
- Build strong internal coordination and support key business decisions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Below 35 years.
- Education (Mandatory): Full-time MBA/PGDM from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School. Specialization in Strategy, Operations, Marketing, or Finance.
- Freshers with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
