We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help expand our client portfolio and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture leads through both inbound and outbound channels
- Identify, connect with, and meet potential clients to understand their business needs
- Present company services, prepare proposals, and deliver impactful sales presentations
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into successful business partnerships
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
- Prior experience in an Advertising, Branding, or Digital Marketing Agency is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage client interactions independently
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling services such as Branding, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, and Digital Advertising
- Existing professional network or client contacts will be an added advantage
