- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Set up and clear tables
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely
- Ensure hygiene and service standards are followed
- Prepare bills and process payments when required
