About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, renting, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on sales leads.
- Assist clients with property rentals, sales, and lease transactions.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate deals and coordinate documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales experience is preferred (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence (Mandatory).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally
