Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university (Mandatory).
Strong academic background with a consistent record of excellence.
Minimum 2 years of teaching, research, or relevant industry experience.
Publications in peer-reviewed journals/conferences will be an added advantage.
Candidates must meet UGC/AICTE norms as applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Civil Engineering and allied subjects.
Develop and update curriculum in line with industry standards and academic advancements.
Guide students in research work, dissertations, and major projects.
Undertake independent and collaborative research; publish in reputed journals.
Mentor students for academic development and career guidance.
Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, site visits, and technical events.
Contribute to departmental and university-level committees and initiatives.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
Expertise in core Civil Engineering domains such as:
Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, etc.
Familiarity with modern tools and software (AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, etc.).
Experience in research projects, consultancy, or industry collaborations.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to interdisciplinary research.
Pay Scale
₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month
(Commensurate with qualifications and experience)
